Yes. We use equipment with dust containment systems to significantly reduce airborne particles during sanding. While no sanding process is 100% dust-free, our setup keeps dust levels well below typical open sanding.

Our preferred finish is Bona Traffic HD, a commercial-grade waterborne polyurethane. It dries faster than oil-based finishes, has lower odor, and provides excellent durability. We are happy to discuss finish options during the estimate.

Yes. We offer custom staining as part of the refinishing process. We test stain samples on your actual floor before proceeding so you can see exactly how the color looks on your specific wood species and grain.

Yes. We install luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and laminate as well. LVP is waterproof and works well in kitchens, bathrooms, and basements. Laminate is a cost-effective option for bedrooms and living areas.
