What We Use on Every Project
We install waterproof rigid core LVP (SPC) and standard click-lock LVP from reputable brands including COREtec, Shaw, LifeProof, Pergo, and Armstrong. We typically recommend a wear layer of at least 12 mil for residential use and 20 mil for commercial or high-traffic areas.
All floating LVP installations include the appropriate underlayment — either integrated or a separate moisture barrier pad — depending on the product and subfloor.
