Subfloor Prep
Leveling compound fills low spots; high spots are sanded. A flat subfloor keeps laminate from clicking, popping, or bouncing underfoot.
Underlayment Installation
Foam or combination underlayment (with built-in moisture barrier if needed) is laid before the first plank.
Installation
Planks are cut and installed with staggered joints, proper expansion, and precise cuts at doorways, vents, and cabinets.
Trim & Final Walkthrough
All transitions and trim are installed; floor is cleaned; we walk through the finished product with you.

We install laminate flooring from reputable brands including Pergo, Shaw, Mohawk, Armstrong, and QuickStep. We recommend at least AC3 (residential) or AC4 (commercial) rated products for durability. Thickness typically ranges from 8mm to 12mm — thicker products feel more solid underfoot and offer better dent resistance.
All installations include appropriate underlayment. In moisture-prone areas (ground floor, over concrete), we use underlayment with a built-in poly moisture barrier.
